 Digital Library Developing Platform
Digital Library (DL) is a multimedia information management system based on
the computer network, especially on Internet. It brings a strong tool for information discovery, retrieval and management, maintains
distributive, large-scale and well-organized databases and knowledge-bases, protects the safety of information resources and
knowledge properties, supports the consistent access of local and remote customers to databases and knowledge-bases.
Digital Library is not only an extension of traditional library, but also can be applied to other fields which hold
digital resources and need to manage and publish them with network (such as broadcast, television, museums, large-scale archives, academic organizations and enterprises).
The solution for Digital Library introduces Client/Server model, as illustrated on the figure above. The library
server manages the indexes and queries of data (or catalogue), and object server is utilized to manage (or collect) the contents of digital objects. Web server, library server and object server form
triangle architecture for transfer of information. Client logs onto the library server, and then searches the information required.
Library server transfers the requests of client to the corresponding object server to let it delivers the data to the client directly.

Application system of Portable IC Card Fingerprint Identifier is provided with

be applied to the area of public security, financial circles, social insurance, medical treatment and intelligent district which need ID identifying, especially to the special fields where common
finger identifying cannot use, such as ID verification for examination room, management of exterior population, drivers and medical records.
It is designed for flexible, single-handed operation with friendly interface. The system encrypts the fingerprint and personal information written on IC card, and

 Documentation Circulation System (DCS)
Documentation Circulation System is a software product developed by FineGold in
collaboration with Shanghai Jiankun Information Technology Co., Ltd. It is an easy operating software package and be applied to small and medium enterprises for daily documentation processing and
transactions management. The functions of this system are as follows.
Dispatches management: The departments submit outgoing dispatches (may with attachments), the
flow is appointed by server end and the routine is specified by the document, the message is as soon as in circulation according to the
routine and checked by every client and to be in process. The incoming dispatches management is similar.
Notifications broadcasting: The server broadcasts the message (may with attachments). Clients can
see the message prompt and the details after logging in network. It is very convenient for meeting notification and information distribution.
Meeting room management and vehicle control: Application is submitted by client end and then the meeting rooms or vehicles and drivers are
disposed respectively by server end. All the information is again feedback to the client end.
There is other practicable functions in the DCS, including archives management, daily programs arrangement, address list and so on, it is very suitable for the small and medium enterprises operating and managing.
