       We adopted the advanced equipments and technologies for the intelligent districts including automotive control & computer network communication technology, database, property information management to realize the subsystems of intellect systems and their integration, and to build intelligent districts with modern living requirement involves Internet connecting, security both inside and outside the house, garage control, building control, and property management etc. The intelligent district construction of Jiahong Ziwei Garden is listed experimental project for Shanghai Residence Development Bureau.
